House Update - The saga is over

We found out today that the builder is willing to work with us. He has agreed to the appraised value of the home as the contract price (YEA!), unfortunately all of the appliances that we thought we were going to roll into the mortgage aren't going to happen. SO that means in a matter of 10-15 days we will have to purchase our own Refrigerator and Washer and Dryer. An expense that we didn't plan on. On the positive side we will be closing on our new home very shortly. I visited today and the house was clean and appeared to be ready to go. It even had gutters.
